Quadrants by Joeseph and Emily

I sat in Trance for over half an hour to complete this piece.

I noticed how they used complimentary colors to complete each quadrent, the only work I did, the only conscious effort I made when my body wasn't being used as an instrument for the Spirits, was that I was asked to draw the starting lines. The north, south, east, west, and diagonal lines in regular pencil, of which were then lightly erased by Joeseph after I went into Trance. I meditated before we started our work.

The choosing of the colors was something I normally would have had to think about beforehand, to carefully plan and layout. I, myself would have had to maybe lay down some of the color in each spot to remind myself where to put it, but I noticed as I watched from 'afar' from 'behind' Joeseph as he worked that he was just picking up colors and working with speed.

I also noticed how he picked up objects and put them back in a manner of which I would not. These nuances, or little details in spirit communication or in mediumship while in Light or Middle Trance are important because they validate to me that I am not doing this. Plus, feeling dissasociated, feeling 'airy' feeling 'afar', feeling like I am "down and to the left' in consciousness while they work.

It's absolutely amazing. But to go further into Trance and to be able to push out work and really let them work through me to produce better work requires that I put in my effort and be grounded and centered, that I learn certain psychic tools and techniques to handle the energy, so that when they pull me out of trance, I don't feel sick or too weak.
